Another band of faux goldwork. "Birds in Flight" in the heavy Kreinik cord. Modified fly stitches, which were NOT easy in this heavy a thread. It was more 'bird like' in the original silver, but the gold is not too bad.
Also very difficult to photograph. This is band 9 of 18 and I have put in about 10 hours so far on this piece. Which means it's the half way point and the end of this rotation. But I am going to start out Rotation #2 for this year with the modern sampler spot, so I will keep working on this project.
