FLASHBACK NEEDLEWORK - "Halloween Needleroll" by Shepherd's Bush

When I was putting away the Halloween decorations a couple of weeks ago, I realized that I hadn't shared this one.   Stitched and finished in 3/2000.

May I say that these are hard to photograph.  The cylinder shape means that it won't stay put without propping it up on something and you also can't get all the motifs to show at the same time.

All materials from the SB kit plus the ends are lined with plain black quilting cotton.   

These are fun little mini band samplers usually with a charm or button(s).  I have half a dozen finished ones and three still in the stash.   

I'll try to take photos of the finished ones as they come out for display this year.  And I'm thinking about pulling one of the remaining kits out once I finish the Garden Santa ornament to put into the 'modern' slot.
