Kenmore Model 1601 "Kenny" (c 1967) zigzag and cams with fold out table style cabinet.
This is the machine that I sewed most of my clothes on throughout high school, including an award winning formal. This is the only non-straight stitch machine I own. Has built in straight stitch, zigzag, stepped zigzag; Original manual and accessory box (top of the Kenmore "tower").   This machine takes the extra high feet, but I have the adaptor for low shank feet.

  • Standard ZigZag foot (metal)
  • Standard Straight Stitch Foot (metal)
  • See through Satin Stitch foot (plastic)
  • See through Foot (plastic)
  • Adjustable Zipper foot

Singer Treadle 66-1 with 'Red Eye'/Red Scroll decals "Ruby" (Serial Number G8(?)028323 - probably 1913 series release date - the first digit of the serial is hard to read, but according to ISMACS, "3" or "9" are not the right model numbers; this is certainly a 66-1 back clamp)
Back clamp, drop in bobbin case.  Have the adapter to turn it into a side clamp.

  • Standard Presser Foot - back clamp (Antique)
  • Bobbins: 1 vintage, 5 modern - uses Class 66 bobbins

Wooden "puzzle box" attachment box (side clamp attachments)
This machine is currently in my scroll leg treadle base.

  • All the Antique attachments in Type 11/Improved Family Machine box (for Model 15) - except I am missing the stiletto (on the hunt....)
  • Bobbins: 5 vintage - uses Class 15 bobbins (the large flat ones)
Singer Treadle Model 66 "Crinkle Black" finish (Serial Number AF227451 - April 1939 series release date)
Low shank, side clamp, horizontal bobbin case.  This head is awaiting restoration.  This head came with the straight leg base.  No manual, no attachments, no bobbins.
  • Standard Presser Foot (Antique)
  • Narrow Hemming Foot (Vintage or Antique)
Singer Treadle Model 15 with Pheasant decals "Birdie" (Serial Number L840650 - 1901 series release date)
Low shank, side clamp, side bobbin case. This head is awaiting restoration.

Treadle Bases

  • Scroll leg treadle cabinet with 6 drawers and drop down head. The veneer on the cabinet top needs restoration. "Birdie" and this base were gifted to me by a college roommate, Pam.
  • Straight leg (rolled metal) treadle base.  Two side drawers and center tilt out drawer.
