Needlework WiP: "VS 4 Elements: Earth" Band 3

Band three of the Victoria Sampler "Earth" piece is fairly simple, just an open herringbone stitch with one of the overdyed cotton threads (Caron Wildflowers) and a bead under each stitch.  

The only potential issue for herringbone stitch is the ending and starting.   It always seems to be a little awkward, with partial stitches on both ends.  I think this one does a decent job of fitting in and it at least hitting the same width as the other bands.
