We get two holiday days for Christmas at work, and the way that Christmas Eve / Christmas Day fell this year means I get Boxing Day off. After the push to get everything finished by last Friday, I've been very relaxed about my stitching over the holiday weekend, and my focus has been on my family and church - as it should be.
But I only had to put in 2.5 hours on the KC Plaza Sewing Bag to get it to 10 hours for this rotation, and I finished that up this morning. Still a ways to go on this side (rest of pool, a bunch of statue fill in, right side landscape) and then all the borders. But it's looking pretty good, if I do say so myself.
And where I started this rotation slot for comparison:
This brings me to the end of my rotation, so what am I going to work on for the last week of the year?
Well I have three things still on The List plus the charity hat knitting.
- Perforated Paper Santa (and finishing)
- Sugar Skull
- Project Bag - if not finished, put on WIPGO board #13
