Slow Sunday Stitching - September 6, 2020

Wow, I'm slacking on reporting. But at least I've picked up the needles of various types this week.

First of all, I finished Block 8 of Lucy Boston.  The red fabric is quite a bit duller in real life, so it's not as "Christmasy" as it looks. One more block to go for the 9 Block table topper I have planned.

I finished corner #3 on the sock yarn blanket and have started down the third side. Picture when I finish the round, though at seven rounds, it's getting big enough to be difficult to photograph.

And I have five solid hours in on Teresa Wentzler's "Millennium". I finished of the remainder of the greenery and also did the sword and its back stitching. I have just started back stitch on the left hand angel's under-robe; remember that I left that section on each side because of the overlap onto the base/bottom border.

It's a long weekend here in the US for Labor Day.  I have no real plans to do anything, so I intend to put quite a bit of time into this piece today and tomorrow.  Time to download another audiobook and stitch! (After I check out the Slow Sunday Stitching crew - link to this week's roundup.)
